How To Prepare for a Power Outage in Illinois or Missouri

The most important step in preparing for blackouts is having a household emergency power supply so that you can stay powered during outages. Portable power stations are the preferred household backup for their superior safety. EcoFlow Portable Power Stations produce no toxic fumes, so you can use them indoors without worrying about carbon monoxide poisoning, which kills 400 people every year in the USA.

One of the many benefits of a power station, like the EcoFlow DELTA Series Portable Power Station, is that it comes in a wide range of sizes to suit anyone’s power needs, from those that will power a couple of essential appliances to a whole-home generator solution.

The EcoFlow DELTA 3 Plus + 220W starts at 1024Wh, which will run a couple of essential appliances and keep your devices charged. It’s also expandable up to 5kWh with extra batteries, and it comes with a super-efficient 220W bifacial solar panel, so you can stay powered up even when dealing with extended outages.

However, if you need more power, the EcoFlow DELTA Pro 3 starts at 4000W, which will run most of your essential appliances and works with 120V and 240V appliances. Like all EcoFlow DELTA Series, it’s also expandable with extra batteries up to 48kWh, and you can recharge it with solar panels
